18:51 i'm done with my shopping for CNY's clothes...haha.no more worries..for now. met up with Mr & Mrs lim,sheen yee,aud,jh,winfred & rt this morning for breakfast :) haven't seen these guys for a long time...kind of miss them already. talked about work,army and lots of stuff...went to shop at eastpoint at simei with audrey after that and i found out that they have lots of shops selling nice and cheap clothes there!!! haha...that's where i got my tops real fast...bought a new mouse too and kind of broke now...may have to bring food to work tmr i think,save money... it's windy outside right now and i think it will rain tonight...haiz, such a nice weather to sleep in and laze around and makes me think about not going to work tmr... :( Tuesday, January 23, 2007
21:10 back to old days again. every morning my nose will automatically turn on its tap and rains the mucus... really bad...alr wore my jacket the moment i stepped into the office but still cant prevent it... by the time it was 10+ my eyes were becoming blur...haha.a bit sleepy liao. the whole day i only finish arnd 100+ pages of stock lists and have 3/4 more of the file to go...haiz. ...called in for macs today and ate with my manager and 2 other colleagues from other depts. took the cold relief medicine which my manager offered me (thks!) but it doesnt seem to work on me... hopefully later my flu will over and i wouldnt have to take the medicine... 21:08 first day of work: (too tired to say much,thus the point form) -arrived 20mins earlier than needed -slacked for another 20mins inside the office b4 work was given -found out that most people came in around 9am... -did lots of filing before lunch -food there is quite cheap but i think i ate half-cooked steamed meat -have to learn a lot about their data-entry system -deadline for the data to be keyed in is on fri BUT -the whole file is so thick i'm thinking if i still can survive... 14:34 yeah!!!!my comp is finally fixed!but i think now my mouse is also spoilt...haiz... i'm starting work tmr and i'm having some problems with how i'm going to submit my timesheet before the deadline...nvm,shall call back the agency to ask tme...lucky my dress code is casual there so no more troubles as to what wear each day to work...but i hope there will be no mistakes made on the 1st day of work or the rest of my time there.... very nervous nowadays...keep getting those kind of weird feelings in my heart...have been thinking about my A's results and i think it's really bad for my mind...relax,relax,relax... 12:27 oh wells,haven seen quite a no. of frens lately but got to meet up with some on sat at the settlers cafe...we have winfred,vania,winfred and ade!played taboo and aquire at settlers...it was quite fun playing taboo and i found out i was a good guesser!!!haha...we then left to eat cze cha for dinner...gossiped and talked a lot abt stuff that happened after we left sch...sat there for quite long and finally left to walk vania to parkway...the rest of us wanted to find some place to sit and chat but couldnt so we ended up standing in the middle of the road talking...haha...we said like almost 3 times of goodbye and still din want to part...i guess it's bcos u dun really noe when we'll see each other again...haiz...so chinese new year meet up is a must for everyone!!!hopefully tt's before we get back our results... gg to have lunch with cecs,mich and lyly on wed!!!i havent seen cecs and mich since 2004!!!haha...i noe i'm lousy lah...okay...have to go out again to get stuff...i hate the adult fares!it's eating up my money... 14:10 finally it's school reopen-day!but it's different this yr...there's no need for me to wake up early in the morning at 5am after getting used to sleeping at 12/1am during the holidays... went back to VJ with sheen yee yesterday for some teacher-visiting...wanted to crash the orientation but both of us were too lazy to change the clothes and gave up the plan. :D we practically saw all our teachers and talked to them...had a chi chat session with mrs tan,ms ding n mr thomas teo and got to find out a lot of stuff...haha...this is wat happen when u r a graduate cos the teachers will then tell you the stuff you wun be able to know as a current student...met winfred who had a new color and haircut and feeling very proud that the teachers cant do anything to him....hahha... felt so rich ytd after getting my paycheck...and tt auntie wanted to con me again!!! >< wah...really thick skin leh she...even if she wants me to teach her daughter now ia lso dun wan liao...see her too many times a week can die... seeing vania,winfred and the others next week at the settlers!cant wait...haha... |
